Our Youth Mental Health First Aid Training equips participants with the skills to recognise and support those facing mental health challenges. This 14-hour course is ideal for schools, workplaces, and communities, offering practical guidance on managing crises and fostering a healthier, more understanding society.

10-20 students, 2 Facilitators
Designed to foster resilience and social skills in youth.
School holiday program.
Includes meals, free T-shirts, and various activities.
Minimum of 15 students required
Encourages teamwork, leadership, and confidence-building.
14-hour course (5-7 hours per day)
Discounted to $200 per certificate for groups over 15
Covers crisis management and mental health support skills.
Minimum of 5 participants required per course.
One-on-one mentoring sessions at $60-$70 per hour.
NDIS funding accepted for eligible participants.
Tailored support for personal, academic, and emotional growth.
Flexible scheduling with in-person or online options available.
