The founders of AIM Foundation bring a unique blend of skills and experiences rooted in their backgrounds in rugby league and a shared commitment to empowering youth.
Their journey in sports has instilled resilience, teamwork, and leadership qualities, which they now channel into AIM Foundation’s mission. Driven by a passion to make a positive impact, they leverage their diverse skills to provide engaging programs, mentorship, and resources that inspire young people to reach their full potential and thrive in every aspect of life.
Zeb was a former professional rugby league footballer who represented both New Zealand and the Cook Islands at an international level. In the NRL, Zeb played for the Parramatta Eels, Newcastle Knights and the Gold Coast Titans. In the Super League, he played for the Catalans Dragons and St Helens.
Through Zeb’s professional Rugby League career in the NRL and Super League, He’s been able to gain invaluable experiences which has shaped who he is today. Zeb’s journey has taught him numerous lessons that made it possible to help and assist the youth in achieving their goals.
To further this cause of making a positive impact, he joined Marsden State High School as a Youth Support Coordinator followed by being an Athlete Wellbeing Manager with an Excellence program, while studying for a Diploma in Youth related modules.
Recently, Zeb has been working within the Aim Foundation as a head program facilitator delivering our Thrive Programs to schools around South East Queensland. Also Zeb is a Youth Mental Health First Aid Facilitator delivering the course around South East Queensland.
Throughout my professional Rugby League career in top-tier competitions like the NRL and Super League, I've gained invaluable experiences that have shaped my journey. These lessons now empower me to help young people achieve their goals.
My roles as Youth Support Coordinator at Marsden State High School and Athlete Wellbeing Manager have deepened my expertise. Currently, as an NDIS Support Worker at AIM CARE, I’m fulfilling my long-term vision of driving socio-economic development for disadvantaged communities.
Jeff was a former Canberra Raider, Gold Coast Titan and recently retired as a Burleigh Bears player, his passion for Youth Work motivates him to make a positive impact in as many youths’ lives as he can.
His valuable experience with the Department of Youth Justice has equipped him to work effectively with cost effective programs for disengaged youths, which focus on life skills and social development.
These days, Jeff continues to help local communities by running mentoring modules with in school programs geared towards disengaged students and is also involved with rugby league initiatives.
Jeff strives to continue being a good role model for the youth, he also wants to be a positive influence and Inspire the next generation.

With a proud Tongan heritage and over 10 years of service to the community, Andrew has become an empowering role model for the youth and next generation.
Andrew graduated from Griffith University in 2017 with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology & Criminal Justice. He has been invited to speak at national and international conferences related to gender-based violence prevention. He was also a member of the Policy Advisory Group for the National Community Attitudes Towards Violence Against Women Survey which is led by Australia’s National Research Organisation for Women’s Safety.
Andrew established the Men4Respect peer support model to engage young men in conversation that questions values, challenges their thinking, promotes knowledge and skills required to build respectful relationships. Andrew is a member of Queensland’s Domestic & Family Violence Prevention Council.
Being involved with multiple government initiatives, education platforms and direct support for vulnerable groups, Andrew encourages the next generation and its leaders to become agents of positive social change.
With a proud Tongan heritage and over a decade of community service, Andrew is a powerful role model for youth.
After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Criminology & Criminal Justice from Griffith University in 2017, he was invited to speak at national and international conferences on gender-based violence prevention.
